Dr. Kamal is a Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Psychiatry Department at Columbia University Medical Center. She has 15+ years of experience in workplace mental health, designing initiatives and actionable strategies to improve well-being and workplace culture. Dr. Kamal completed her clinical training at Yale University and has spent 10+ years delivering impactful keynotes, team-building workshops, and mental health trainings at leading organizations such as Google, Pinterest, NBC, Harvard, Yale, UCLA, and across diverse industries, including nonprofits, entertainment, sports, law, and financial institutions, both nationally and internationally.
While inspiration is a powerful catalyst for change, Dr. Kamal knows that the “how” of it all really matters.
